What is a Kitchen Incubator?
A Kitchen Incubator is a time-shared access to a commercial kitchen, benefiting the community with:
- Licensing and certification necessary to produce food products;
- Provides technical support and business assistance; and
- Can provide packaging, product line expansion and marketing resources.
The Training Station is a multi-purpose incubator facility, dedicated to creating sustainable businesses in the food and farm economy for Fayetteville and Cumberland County.
We provide inspected kitchen spaces furnished with medium scale, semi-automated equipment alongside a broad range of technical and business services required to support start-up and expanded business.
