Housing Program
Established to provide decent and safe rental housing for eligible low-income families, the elderly, and persons with disabilities.
Our program targets those individuals in our community that are 80% and below the median income level determined annually by HUD. Low-income individuals and families will be asked to fill out our application and submit supporting documents, this is a first come-first served process and applicants must meet income eligibility and affordability requirements to meet program guidelines. Clients of CEED pay a monthly rental fee below fair market rental values set in Fayetteville.
How the Process Works:
The client must fill out the application and submit it with the proof of income (Child Support, Pay stubs, Disability/Social Security, or section 8 vouchers).
Once determined you are eligible for the program we will call you and set an appointment, please keep in mind the process can take up to 4 weeks.
After approval for the housing, program and a lease agreement has been signed you will be responsible for the deposit, rent, and utilities.
